We’re excited to introduce AKRO — the world’s first educational platform for learning Ancient Greek.

🟧 Our goal is to bring together all currently available learning technologies in one unified space, integrating them with a virtual library, an aggregator of themed courses, and, ultimately, the first full-fledged social network for Classical Studies, like an Athenian agora or a Roman forum.

🟧 AKRO is equally about learning (ἀκροᾶσθαι) and about climbing (ἄκρος) the mountain of Ancient Greek — a peak that used to seem out of reach. Now we ascend it together.

🟧 In the first public version of the app, we’re proud to present a fully accessible and fully functional online library of Ancient Greek audiobooks, along with a self-paced, step-by-step learning section — both available right now on any mobile device (iOS, Android)! And we’ll soon tell you more about everything else we’ve built.
